透水框架模具结构原理
透水框架模具只用钢模制成,在透水框架模具内浇筑水泥或混凝土,该建筑原料价格便宜适用范围广,一般制造技术分为两种,一种是预制,一种是现浇。预制是准备现成模具或定制模具。混凝土和水泥倒入透水框架模具振动后,7~9小时晾干即可脱模。这样可以大量减少生产时间,节约成本,提高河流工程治理的工作效率。透水框架模具也可以称之为透水框架或者三角桩模具,使用地区集中在华中,比如安徽湖南湖北等地区,这种预制块是近两年兴起使用的,原来多是使用实心的三角桩,现在这种透水框架预制块不但节省混凝土,而且还可以减缓水流速度,在下游地方有利于淤泥堆积,这样能保障河床不被冲洗。

It is conducive to the accumulation of silt in downstream areas, so as to protect the riverbed from being washed.
