Greenland Center is a TOP product of Greenland Group. Currently, there are 15 super high-rise landmarks, of which 2 are among the top four in the world. This project is a high-end business complex in the Wangjing area of Beijing. Located in the Wangjing International Business District and guarding the pivot of the Capital International Airport, it is a "National Gate Business District" with fast access to core areas such as the International Trade Center, Zhongguancun, and Financial Street, with a prominent strategic pivotal position. The project is designed by Dubai's design master himself. Inspired by the three-dimensional woven and dazzling facade design of the skyscraper's main building, "Chinese Brocade", it is derived from the ancient Chinese cultural treasure "woven cotton". Founded in 1936, SOM Architects is a leader in the world's architectural design industry. In addition to the Dubai Tower, it has also created world landmarks such as the John Hancock Tower in Chicago, Zhongcheng in Tokyo, and Time Warner Center in New York. The project has synchronized with global standards in water conservation, energy, and other planning aspects, and has obtained the LEED silver certification from the US Green Building Council.
