第二十五届FHC中国国际烹饪艺术比赛，FHC中国国际甜品烘焙比赛，FHC上海国际厨艺锦标赛（团队邀请赛）将于2024年11月12-14日在上海新国际博览中心与第二十七届FHC上海环球食品展同期举办，隆重拉开展会+赛事的帷幕！
自1998年开设首届烹饪比赛以来，不断更迭升级，从区域性赛事，洲际性赛事直至因赛事度和高规格的裁判阵容，以及选手的踊跃报名参与，往届赛事均申请并认证为世界厨师联合会别的国际A级赛事，已然成为国内极具规模且重量级的厨师烹饪比赛。
本届赛事为了庆祝其25岁生日，隆重设计其赛事专属纪念logo和主形象。岁月沉淀，不负昭华，相信本届赛事将会成为精彩夺目，选手厨艺竞技以及裁判阵容更为强大的一届！

2023赛事回顾总结
2023FHC烹饪赛事中，中西餐比赛项目的展评类和现场烹饪类，共计60场场次；烘焙甜品展评类和现场制作类共计32场场次；团队赛进行了2场，单场长达近6个小时的烹饪制作。每一场赛事都将现场的气氛拉到比拼高潮。

FHC中国国际甜品烘焙比赛现场
FHC中国国际烹饪艺术比赛和烘焙甜品比赛共计有615位选手来到现场参赛，比赛人次达到了793人次！其中中西餐个人赛有443位选手报名参赛，比赛人次603，在19个比赛项目中进行角逐；烘焙甜品比赛172位选手报名参赛，参赛190人次。

从年龄段划分来看：18-25岁的占比59%，年轻厨师参赛热情较高。26岁以上的占比41%，厨师来进修学习的比例也有所提升。
男女比例也依旧保持男生较多。来自院校的学生依然是参赛主力，其次社会餐厅酒店等也占比较多。今年22%的选手来自海外及港澳台地区，国际选手踊跃报名。中国大陆地区，浙江省和上海平分秋色，江浙沪依然因地理优势，报名较多。

We are pleased to invite you to participate in the 27th Shanghai Global Food Trade Show, a premier event in the food and beverage industry, which will take place from November 12-14, 2024, at the Shanghai New International Expo Centre (SNIEC) in China.

Jointly organized by the Shanghai Culinary Association and Shanghai Sinoexpo Informa Markets International Exhibition Co., Ltd., and co-organized by the China Chamber of Commerce of Foodstuffs and Native Produce and the All-China Bakery Association, the FHC Shanghai Global Food Trade Show has established itself as a pivotal event in the industry. Reflecting on the success of the previous edition, which saw participation from over 30 countries and regions, this year's event promises to be even more comprehensive and dynamic.
Jointly organized by the Shanghai Culinary Association and Shanghai Sinoexpo Informa Markets International Exhibition Co., Ltd., and co-organized by the China Chamber of Commerce of Foodstuffs and Native Produce and the All-China Bakery Association, the FHC Shanghai Global Food Trade Show has been successfully held for 26 editions. Reflecting on the previous exhibition, delegations and exhibitors from over 30 countries and regions, including Australia, Austria, Belgium, Canada, Cyprus, Denmark, France, Germany, Indonesia, Italy, Japan, Korea, Malaysia, Netherlands, Peru, Russia, Saudi Arabia, Singapore, Spain, Sri Lanka, Switzerland, and the United States, participated. The show attracted professional visitors from various fields such as food, hotels, catering, fresh produce, coffee, bakery, beverages, prepared foods, bars, clubs, supermarkets, retail, and franchise chains. This robust participation brought substantial confidence and momentum to the continuous and stable development of the food and catering industry.
