反应釜的广义理解即有物理或化学反应的不锈钢容器,根据不同的工艺条件需求进行容器的结构设计与参数配置,设计条件、过程、检验及制造、验收需依据相关技术标准,以实现工艺要求的加热、蒸发、冷却及低高速的混配反应功能。压力容器必须遵循gb150{钢制压力容器}的标准,常压容器必须遵循nb/t47003.1-2009{钢制焊接常压容器}的标准。随之 反应过程中的压力要求对容器的设计要求也不尽相同。生产必须严格按照相应的标准加工、检测并试运行。不锈钢反应釜 根据不同的生产工艺、操作条件等不尽相同,反应釜的设计结构及参数不同,即反应釜的结构样式不同,属于非标的容器设备。

反应釜材质一般有碳锰钢、不锈钢、锆、镍基(哈氏、蒙乃尔)合金及其它复合材料。反应釜可采用sus304、sus316l等不锈钢材料制造。搅拌器有锚式、框式、桨式、涡轮式,刮板式,组合式,转动机构可采用摆线针轮减速机、无级变速减速机或变频调速等,可满足各种物料的特殊反应要求。密封装置可采用机械密封、填料密封等密封结构。加热、冷却可采用夹套、半管、盘管、米勒板等结构,加热方式有:蒸汽、电加热、导热油,以满足耐酸、耐高温、耐磨损、抗腐蚀等不同工作环境的工艺需要。而且可根据用户工艺要求进行设计、制造。

1、按照加热/冷却方式,可分为电加热、热水加热、导热油循环加热、远红外加热、外(内)盘管加热等,夹套冷却和釜内盘管冷却等。加热方式的选择主要跟化学反应所需的加热/冷却温度,以及所需热量大小有关。

2、根据釜体材质可分为碳钢反应釜、不锈钢反应釜及搪玻璃反应釜(搪瓷反应釜)、钢衬反应釜。

2.1、碳钢反应釜

适用范围:不含腐蚀性液体的环境,比如某些油品加工。

2.2、不锈钢反应釜(kcfd系列高压反应釜)

适用的范围:适用于石油、化工、医药、冶金、科研、大专院校等部门进行高温、高压的化学反应试验,用来完成水解、中和、结晶、蒸馏、蒸发、储存、氢化、烃化、聚合、缩合、加热混配、恒温反应等工艺过程,对粘稠和颗粒的物质均能达到高搅拌的效果。

2.3、搪玻璃反应釜

反应釜由釜体、釜盖、夹套、搅拌器、传动装置、轴封装置、支承等组成。搅拌装置在高径比较大时,可用多层搅拌桨叶,也可根据用户的要求任意选配。釜壁外设置夹套,或在器内设置换热面,也可通过外循环进行换热。支承座有支承式或耳式支座等。转速超过160转以上宜使用齿轮减速机.开孔数量、规格或其它要求可根据用户要求设计、制作。

1.通常在常压或低压条件下采用填料密封,一般使用压力小于2公斤。

2.在一般中等压力或抽真空情况会采用机械密封,一般压力为负压或4公斤。

3.在高压或介质挥发性高得情况下会采用磁力密封,一般压力超过14公斤以上。除了磁力密封均采用水降温外,其他密封形式在超过120度以上会增加冷却水套。

4使用注意编辑

反应釜是一种反应设备,在操作的时候一定要注意,否则会因为很多原因造成损坏,导致生产被迫停止。反应釜的操作要注意很多方面。

首先,一定要严格的按照规章制度去操作反应釜。

其次,在操作前,应仔细检查有无异状,在正常运行中,不得打开上盖和触及板上之接线端子,以免触电;严禁带压操作;用氮气试压的过程中,仔细观察压力表的变化,达到试压压力,立即关闭氮气阀门开关;升温速度不宜太快,加压亦应缓慢进行,尤其是搅拌速度,只允许缓慢升速。

最后,釜体加热到较高温度时,不要和釜体接触,以免烫伤;实验完应该先降温。不得速冷,以防过大的温差压力造成损坏。同时要及时的拔掉电源。

同时反应釜使用后要注意去保养,这样高压釜才能有更好的使用寿命。

5安装、操作规范编辑

1、高压釜应放置在室内。在装备多台高压釜时,应分开放置。每间操作室均应有直接通向室外或通道的出口,应保证设备地点通风良好。

2、在装釜盖时,应防止釜体釜盖之间密封面相互磕碰。将釜盖按固定位置小心地放在釜体上,拧紧主螺母时,必须按对角、对称地分多次逐步拧紧。用力要均匀,不允许釜盖向一边倾斜,以达到良好的密封效果。

3、正反螺母联接处,只准旋动正反螺母,两圆弧密封面不得相对旋动,所有螺母纹联接件有装配时,应涂润滑油。

4、针型阀系线密封,仅需轻轻转动阀针,压紧密封面,即可达到良好的密封效果。

5、用手盘动釜上的回转体,检查运转是否灵活。

6、控制器应平放于操作台上,其工作环境温度为10-40℃,相对湿度小于85%,周围介质中不含有导电尘埃及腐蚀性气体。

7、检查面板和后板上的可动部件和固定接点是否正常,抽开上盖,检查接插件接触是否松动,是否有因运输和保管不善而造成的损坏或锈蚀。

8、控制器应可靠接地。

9、连接好所有导线,包括电源线、控制器与釜间的电炉线、电机线及温度传感器和测速器导线。

10、将面板上“电源”空气总开关合上,数显表应有显示。

11、在数显表上设定好各种参数(如上限报警温度、工作温度等)然后,按下“加热”开关,电炉接通,同时“加热”开关上的指示灯亮。调节“调压”旋钮,即可调节电炉加热功率。

12、按下“搅拌”开关,搅拌电机通电,同时“搅拌”开关上的指示灯亮,缓慢旋动“调速”旋钮,使电机缓慢转动,观察电机是否为正转,无误时,停机挂上皮带,再重新启动。

13、操作结束后,可自然冷却、通水冷却或置于支架上空冷。待温降后,再放出釜内带压气体,使压力降至常压(压力表显示零),再将主螺母对称均等旋松,再卸下主螺母,然后小心地取下釜盖,置于支架上。

14、每次操作完毕,应清除釜体、釜盖上残留物。主密封口应经常清洗,并保持干净,不允许用硬物或表面粗糙物进行擦拭。

(1)装置地:反应釜应安装在符合防爆要求的高压操作室内,在装备多台反应釜时,应分开放置,每两台之间应用安全的防爆墙隔开,每间操作室均应有通向室外的通道和出口,当存在易爆介质时应保证设备地通风良好。

(2)打开包装后检查设备有无损坏,根据设备型号按结构图将设备安装起来,所配备件按照装箱单查清。加热方式如果是导热油电加热,请按照使用温度购买相应型号的导热油(注意:导热油绝对不允许含有水分)加入,加入时将夹套上部的加油口打开并将夹套中上部的油位口打开。通过加油口往里加油,待油位口流油时即可;后将油位口拧死,勿将加油口拧死以免产生压力。

(3)釜体、釜盖的安装及密封:釜体和釜盖采用垫片或锥面与圆弧面的线接触,通过拧紧主螺母使它们相互压紧,达到良好的密封效果。拧紧螺母时,必须对角对称,多次逐步加力拧紧,用力均匀,不允许釜盖向一边倾斜,以达到良好的密封效果。在拧紧主螺母时,不得超过规定的拧紧力矩40~120n.m范围,以防密封面挤坏或超负荷磨损。对密封面应特别加以爱护,每次安装之前用比较柔软的纸或布将上下密封面擦拭干净,特别注意不要将釜体、釜盖密封面碰出疤痕。若合理操作,可使用上万次以上。密封面破坏后,需重新加工修复方可达到良好的密封性能。拆卸釜盖时应将釜盖上下缓慢抬起,防止釜体与釜盖之间的密封面相互碰撞。如果密封是采用垫片(四氟、铝垫、铜垫、石棉垫等)密封,通过拧紧主螺母便能达到良好的密封效果。

(4)阀门、压力表、安全阀的安装通过拧紧正反螺母,即达到密封的效果,联接两头的圆弧密封面不得相对旋转,对所有螺丝联接件在装配时,均须涂抹润滑剂或油料调和的石墨,以免咬死。阀门的使用:针形阀系线密封,仅需轻轻转动阀针,压紧密封面即能达到良好的密封性能,禁止用力过大,以免损坏密封面。

(5)设备安装好后,通入一定量的氮气保压30分钟,检查有无泄漏,如发现有泄漏请用肥皂沫查找管路、管口泄漏点,找出后放掉气体拧紧,再次通入氮气保压试验,确保无泄漏后开始正常工作。

(6)当降温冷却时,可用水经冷却盘管进行内冷却,禁止速冷,以防过大的温差应力,造成冷却盘管、釜体产生裂纹。工作时当釜内温度超过100℃时,磁力搅拌器与釜盖间的水套应通冷却水,保证水温小于35℃,以免磁钢退磁。

(7)安全装置:采用正拱型金属爆破片,材质为不锈钢,按国家标准gb567-89《拱型金属爆破技术条件》制造,出厂时已试验好,不得随意调整。如果已爆破,需重新更换,更换期限由使用单位根据本单位的实际情况确定,对于超过爆破片标定爆破压力而未爆破的应更换,经常使用最好不超过爆破片的下限压力的80%,更换时应注意爆破片凸面向上。

(8)反应完毕后,先进行冷却降温,再将釜内的气体通过管路泄放到室外,使釜内压力降至常压,严禁带压拆卸,再将主螺栓、螺母对称地松开卸下,然后小心的取下釜盖(或升起釜盖)置于支架上,卸盖过程中应特别注意保护密封面。

(9)釜内的清冼:每次操作完毕用清洗液(使用清洗液应注意避免对主体材料产生腐蚀)清除釜体及密封面的残留物,应经常清洗并保持干净,不允许用硬物质或表面粗糙的物品进行清洗。

6 maintain

(3) the installation of the kettle body, the pot cover and the sealing: kettle body and kettle cover use gaskets or cone and circular arc line contact below, by mutual compression, tighten the nuts to make them achieve good sealing effect. tighten the nut, it must be diagonal symmetry, gradually tighten the tension for many times, forcibly even, do not allow the kettle lid tilted to one side, in order to achieve good sealing effect. when tighten the nut, shall not exceed the prescribed tightening torque 40 ~ 120 n. m range, in case of sealing surface collapse or overload wear. on sealing surface should be special care, every time before you install the upper and lower sealing face with more soft paper or cloth to wipe clean, pay special attention to don't put the kettle body, kettle lid sealing surface touch the scar. if the reasonable operation, can use more than tens of thousands of times. after the sealing surface damage, need to be reprocessed repair good sealing performance. remove the kettle cover slowly raise kettle cover should be up and down, to prevent the body between the kettle lid and seal face collide with each other. if the seal is to use gasket (four fluorine, aluminum pad, copper gasket, asbestos pad, etc.) seal, by tighten the nut can achieve good sealing effect.

(4) the installation of the valve, pressure gauge and relief valve through the positive and negative nut tighten seal effect, the circular arc of the connection at both ends not relative rotating sealing surface, for all parts in the assembly, screw connection shall be blotted out graphite lubricant or fuel to reconcile, lest bite dead. the use of the valve, needle valve series wire seal, just gently turn the needle valve, pressure tight cover which can achieve good sealing performance, greatly too forcibly prohibited, so as not to damage the sealing surface.

(5) after installation of equipment, access to a certain amount of nitrogen pressure maintaining 30 minutes, check for leaks, if found to have leakage please use expanded pipe, pipe leakage point search, find out after draining gas tight, again into the nitrogen pressure maintaining test, ensure no leakage after start to work normally.

(6) when the temperature and cooling, can be in cooling water through the cooling coil, rapid cooling is forbidden, in case of excessive temperature stress caused by the cooling coil, kettle body crack. at work when the kettle temperature over 100 ℃, magnetic stirrer and the kettle cover jacket should be between cooling water, ensure that the water temperature is less than 35 ℃, in order to avoid magnetic steel demagnetization.
